- I missed the Tots 2 Teens Tour. Will Sam be touring with Tots 2 Teens again?
- At this time, there are no plans to tour Tots 2 Teens. However, you may purchase the Tots 2 Teens show on DVD or sign up for the latest Sandy Puc' email updates.
- After I registered I received a discount code for money off, how do I get this refund?
- Discount codes may only be applied when the ticket is purchased. We cannot refund a discount amount after tickets have been purchased. Tickets may be refunded up to two weeks prior to show, only if you are unable to attend.
- Can I be put on a wait list for my city?
- Sorry, but we are unable to administer a wait list. Our best recommendation is to visit the website to check for ticket availability. As soon as cancellations occur the site will show as "Register."
- I need to cancel my seminar registration but it is less than 14 business days and I cannot get a refund. Will you send me the packet I would have received at the seminar if I call and request it?
- Yes, if for some reason you are unable to attend the seminar but cannot get a refund, if you call and request it we will send you your seminar packet.
- What is the best way for me to register for my seminar?
- The best way to guarantee a seat is to register online.
- What do I need to show at the door to get in?
- Please bring your emailed confirmation to show the registration desk. If you don't have your confirmation, you can give your name to the people at the registration table and they will verify you are on the registration list.
- One of the people I originally registered cannot attend, can I bring someone else in their place?
- Yes, just have them check in at the registration table with the name of the original attendee.
- How early should I arrive for the seminar?
- We recommend arriving up to an hour before the program/seminar begins so that you have time to check in, receive your registration packet, and get settled. For instance, if the program starts at 1:00 pm, please consider arriving around 12:00 pm for program registration/check-in. For a program that starts at 4:00 pm, consider arriving at 3:00 pm.
- Can I arrive late for the seminar?
- We ask that attendees be no more than 30 minutes late to avoid missing important information. Many times, when attendees arrive late, they ask questions that were actually addressed earlier in the seminar and keep the instructor from being able to cover newer material due to backtracking.
- At what hotel is my seminar being held?
- Please check the website at www.tots-teens.com and click on the "Buy Tickets" link, find your date and location and click the "More Information" link. If your hotel says "TBA," we will post the name and address of the venue online 30 days prior to the tour date.
- Is there a dinner break during the seminar?
- There is a 45-minute break approximately halfway through the seminar, however, Tots 2 Teens does not provide food or beverages.
- Can I bring food?
- We encourage you to bring your own food and beverages as Tots 2 Teens does not provide these. As a courtesy to others during the seminar/show, please consider using your 45-minute break to enjoy your food and/or beverage.
- Can I videotape the seminar?
- There is no videotaping permitted.
- Will Sandy be photographing models during the seminar?
- For demonstration purposes, when Sandy has models available she will be photographing them. If no model is available she will be using a doll.
- I will not be able to attend the Tots 2 Teens seminar. Can I purchase Sandy's presentation on DVD?
- Sandy's Tots 2 Teens presentation is not available for purchase, however we do have the Tots 2 Teens materials available, which includes a DVD with 7 video sessions. Please check the Tots 2 Teens Store for updates and new products.
- Will I be able to purchase products after the seminar?
- Products are available for purchase, you can go to www.tots-teens.com click on the "Store" button http://tots-teens.com/store.html www.samspros.com and click on the "For Pros" button on the left hand side. You can download the pdf order form and fax your order to (720) 974-9779 or email it to orders@expressionsphotos.com.
- I will not be able to attend the Tots 2 Teens seminar. Can I purchase Sandy's presentation on DVD?
- Sandy's Tots 2 Teens presentation is not available for purchase, however we do have the Tots 2 Teens materials available, and that does include a DVD with 7 video sessions.
- I did not bring my checkbook with me to the seminar. Can I purchase products at the reduced price from the day of the seminar online?
- Those prices are available on the seminar day only.
- Can I return my product for a refund?
- All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software, delivered once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund. If you find a bug in our software, please report it to orders@expressionsphotos.com and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to troubleshoot our product.
- Can I bring my spouse or child with me for free since they are just coming along for the ride?
- Anyone attending the event will need to have purchased a ticket, this includes staff or other members from your studio and/or spouses. We discourage bringing your children to the event, as it can be disruptive to the other attendees if the child is making noise or the parent has to keep leaving the seminar.
